well atlast after atleast 5 weeks out it`s back in the water, surfed rhossilli with kev on the28th of march.it was clean & 4ft or so,forgot one of my boots but kev saved the day.used his 6 4 fish which had lots of speed but could`nt get my back foot in right place to turn quickly. glad to see the water is warming up a little & the sun was nice n warm.

surfed peaks with ian on the 28th,was suprisingly good with peaks coming in around 4ft.started off slow but managed a good few waves.quiet a few guys in without gloves but not just yet for me.

well had a good little surf down gennith with ian.4-5ft & clean offshore,had some good waves aswell as a cracking right. a bit cold on the feet tho,should`ve gone to sker but there you go.

25th jan

surfed sumps on a dawnie with kev,3-4ft clean puffing offshore, kev made light work of the backing off waves with big red but i struggled & only had a handfull of waves,anyway good to be in even if it was blinjin cold

ohh me ohh my,what a cracking day 2.9 mts light north wind & 11.3 mtrs tide, only one place to be so headed off, after a long muddy walk got to the beach & tide was really high so i scrambled round the edges & got to the point. i was suprised at what i saw & thort it might be to high but there was a good swell coming in.

after a brief rest i headed over to hyper & was`nt disapointed , some BIG looking seys pilling through but tides was still to high.after waiting for someone to turn up a body was spotted so i got changed asap.as i paddled out the guy had a cracking 8ft bomb one of the best i`ve seen there for a while but as i watched engrossed i got NAILED by the next wave lol,cracking sesh with quiet a few BIG BOMBS coming in . 2 leashes snapped & one board semi wrecked. great sesh with great sunset.

friday 15th jan

cracking sesh,some lovely drops going on with kev providing the early comedy moments on his 1st few waves.he recovered well scoring some nice long rides & disapearing into the distance.

jeff james & jnr were also having some nice waves,also a few pull backs aswell as visits into the inside.snr lost his helmut & his voice changed by a couple of octaves ;)

after iceburg foot set in it was hard to get a waves to warm up
